How do I shop on Studio Rudraksh?

We strive to make your shopping experience an easy and hassle-free one. You can use the drop-down navigation on the top menu of the page where you will find links to categories, products and designers. You can also use our search box to find exactly what you are looking for. Once you like a product, you can select your size and click on the ADD TO BAG button. You can proceed to purchase from your BAG.

 

Do I need to have an account to purchase products?

No. You can browse the site, select merchandise and even buy products without creating an account. We will ask you to sign up as a guest user to complete your order. We do suggest that you create an account in order to receive information about new arrivals and ongoing offers.

 

How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?

Studio Rudraksh works directly with the designers on every product on our site. We guarantee that every product sold is from the designer/label it is from the name against it. In case of any queries, please mail us at info@studiorudraksh.com.

 

What size should I choose for myself?

Each product page has a size guide available on it which will allow you to pick the best size fit for yourself. As sizes can vary with designers, we also provide the dimensions of each product to enable you to compare the sizes with your own body measurements.

 

How do I place an order?

Once you select an item you wish to purchase, select your size, quantity and add to bag. Our checkout process is quick. We ship worldwide and accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment via PayPal. Once the order is processed, you will receive an acknowledgement email with details of your order.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also have Cash on Delivery (COD), Paypal and Net Banking options.

 

I have received only a part of my order. When will the rest of my order be delivered?

If your order contains multiple items, we may split the order so that we can ensure a prompt delivery. View the order status in your account section for an up-to-date status on each item of your order.

We accept credit card payments through a secure online server, as the security of your information is very important to us. We ensure that we use the best electronic, administrative and physical safeguards to make sure that the information you have provided us with stays secure.

 

Do I need to sign for my order?

Due to the high value of the goods, we ensure that we have a proof of delivery for orders. We, therefore, do not authorize delivery of packages without receipt of signature.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately we will not be able to change the shipping address once the items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure that you provide a proper shipping address for your delivery.

 

Is it possible to add items to an existing order?

We are currently unable to add products to an order that has already been placed. You will need to create a new order with the orders you wish to purchase.

Upon receipt of your returned products, we will send you a credit note towards a future purchase at studiorudraksh.com.
